Hellebore Sustainability was founded on a simple belief: organizations create greater impact when strong ideas are supported by strong systems.
Founder Sarah Coulter brings more than fifteen years of experience helping nonprofits, social enterprises, sustainability initiatives, and multi-stakeholder collaborations navigate complex challenges. Her work spans sustainability strategy, circular economy initiatives, organizational development, stakeholder engagement, governance, program management, and impact measurement.
Sarah has led international sustainability programs, built organizational infrastructure from the ground up, designed innovative traceability systems, facilitated industry collaborations, and advised organizations ranging from grassroots nonprofits to global standards-setting bodies.
She is particularly skilled at helping organizations bridge the gap between ambition and execution—turning goals, commitments, and ideas into practical actions that create lasting value.
